1984-92 S10 T5 to Chevy 3 & 4 speed bellhousing
This BELLHOUSING ADAPTER PLATE allows you to bolt a 1984 thru 1992 S10 T5 5-speed Transmission onto most stock Chevy 3 & 4-speed Bellhousings without shortening the input shaft. Interpolation machining on both sides maintains the centerline. This is not just a spacer!
NOTE: You continue to use the stock Chevy Flywheel, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, starter, and pilot bushing. However, the clutch plate needs to be replaced with a 14-spline disc that matches the diameter of the original. The front bearing retainer still needs to be shortened by 1/2 inch.

This is a BRAND NEW cast-aluminum Bellhousing that fits Oldsmobile (1949 thru 1964) or Cadillac extended bellhousing engines (1949 thru 1954).
Retains OEM Flywheel or use with aftermarket versions.
These bellhousings are NOT meant to exactly replace the stock bellhousings. They are made to accept a GM pivot ball and cast steel fork or swap to a hydraulic clutch kit. Transmission opening is machined to accept Tremec TKX, TKO, and Muncie 4 speeds. We also have extended pilot bushings available for different length input shafts.
This part is over 1/4 inch thick, making it the heaviest-duty bellhousing available for these engines.
